I know it has been a little while since there has been anything nice and new to post.
However, apparently last week David H. Lawrence XVII who plays Doyle The Puppet Master confirms that he returns in Episode 3x19.
Not a major spoiler because we already knew he was going to appear in Volume 4 Fugitives because of the previous set photos we posted.
